What you can do

  • Character

Rename your character, rebalance attributes with the level kept in step, and set the runes you carry, the charges of each flask and the talisman and memory slots.

  • Inventory and storage

Change quantities and the upgrade levels of spirit ashes and flasks, add weapons, arrows, armor, Ashes of War, consumables, materials and talismans, recover items lost to a bug, and clear out the storage chest.

  • Your backup, your risk

The editor keeps no backups. Copy your original file yourself before replacing it: edits are at your own risk and can break a save.

Where is my save?

Windows
%APPDATA%\EldenRing\<Steam ID>\ER0000.sl2

The folder name is your Steam account number. Close the game before replacing the file.

The editor never changes your file: it downloads an edited copy. Keep the original as a backup.

Questions

Which game versions are supported?

Elden Ring on PC, including Shadow of the Erdtree. The save stays tied to your Steam account; the editor does not change that.

Is my save uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and written in your browser and never leaves your computer.

Can I use an edited character online?

No. The editor is meant for offline single-player play only.

Can I add weapons, armor and Ashes of War?

Yes. Pick one under “Add an item”, with its upgrade level for a weapon. It is added the way the game stores a pickup. Weapons come in their standard affinity: apply an Ash of War at a Site of Grace to change it, including one you added here.

Can I add or remove key items?

Yes, in the Key items section of the inventory, but with care: keys and story items open areas and trigger events, so adding them out of order or removing them can block your progress or leave you stuck. Keep the original file as a backup.
